How your work is processed
The service is PaletteTidy. Operator contact details are listed on the Contact page. This notice was prepared on October 17, 2026.
Images, sampled colors and working palettes are processed in your browser tab. PaletteTidy has no image upload API, user account system or database of working files. Closing the tab ends the session. Files you download remain on your device.
Choices remembered on this device
Your language and analytics choice may be stored in localStorage until changed or cleared through browser settings. Working palettes and images are not automatically saved.
Share links contain color codes after the # character. Anyone receiving the full link can read those values. Images and editing history are not included.
Google Analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page-visit information. The analytics script is not loaded before you allow it. You can reject it later through Privacy choices, and all color tools continue to work.
The configured page URL excludes query parameters and fragments. We do not send image files, file names or entered colors as analytics events. Google may use cookies and its processing servers. Retention follows the operator’s Analytics property settings. Rejecting analytics does not retroactively delete information already processed.
Advertising and consent
When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and advertising partners may process cookies or similar technology, IP addresses and browser information. Advertising requests are separate from local image processing.
Applicable advertising choices are supplied through the published certified consent-management message. The analytics choice panel is not an advertising CMP. Where available, use Advertising privacy choices to revisit your selection. Refer also to Google’s privacy policy and advertising settings.
Requests and infrastructure
The web server and hosting provider may process IP addresses and request information to deliver the website. No image-upload function is provided. The hosting provider’s actual processing and retention practices may also apply.
Use the operator contact listed on the Contact page for privacy questions. Clear this site’s data in your browser to remove the remembered language and analytics choices.
